Barre & Brunch at Safnahúsið
a morning of movement and nourishment.

October 25th | 09:00–11:30
kr. 19.500

Join us for Iceland’s first Barre & Brunch – a morning of movement and mindful eating at Safnahúsið.

We’ll begin with a signature NúnaCo. Barre class led by Helga Theodors in the lecture hall of Safnahúsið – The House of Collections, one of Reykjavík’s most beautiful buildings. The setting is calm, light-filled, and rich in culture — a rare chance to move surrounded by art and history. Each participant will also receive a thoughtful gift from NúnaCo. to use in their at-home movement practice.

After class, we’ll head to the museum café for a seasonal brunch designed and hosted by Cath the Chef. Every dish celebrates real, local ingredients with a thoughtful, creative touch.
