NúnaCo. Portugal Barre Retreat
Casa Fuzetta, Olhão Portugal | September 1–8, 2027. We are returning to Casa Fuzetta.
Use code PORTUGAL27 for kr. 25.000 off your booking. Valid through May 19th (midnight).
This retreat is designed for women who want to move, rest, reconnect with their body, and enjoy the ease of being held by a clear daily rhythm. The week combines NúnaCo. Barre, Mat Pilates, fascia release, relaxation, and simple workshops, with plenty of time to rest, wander through town, sit by the rooftop pool, or do very little.
After a beautiful first retreat in Portugal, NúnaCo. is returning to Casa Fuzetta for another week of movement, nourishment, rest, and connection. Casa Fuzetta is a private retreat home in the old town of Olhão, just steps from local markets, cafés, restaurants, and ferries to the nearby islands. It gives us the perfect balance of privacy and life around us. A calm house to return to, and a town just outside the door.
Across the week, we move together, eat together, rest together, and create space for the kind of reset that does not need to be complicated.
Join us for an intimate, seven-night retreat at Casa Fuzetta in the heart of Olhão, Portugal.
Led by Helga Theodors, founder of NúnaCo., this retreat brings together Barre, Mat Pilates, fascia release, relaxation, and light workshops in a supportive and elevated setting.
With over 15 years of experience teaching Barre and mentoring instructors, Helga brings a grounded and detailed approach to movement. The focus is on connection, control, strength, release, and learning how to move with more awareness.
You do not need to be advanced to join. You only need to be open to moving, listening, and giving yourself the time.
Casa Fuzetta is a truly special retreat space.
The house combines restored heritage architecture with modern comfort, calm shared spaces, indoor and outdoor areas for movement, and a rooftop pool overlooking the old town.
It is private enough to feel held, but close enough to the town that you can step outside and be part of the rhythm of Olhão.
The days are structured, but not packed.
We begin the morning with green juice, tea and coffee before moving into Barre, Mat Pilates, or a workshop. After brunch, the day opens up. You can rest by the rooftop pool, walk through town, visit the market, read, sleep, or simply follow the pace of the day.
In the late afternoon, we come back together for fascia release, stretching, relaxation, and softer work before dinner.
When you take time to slow down, move well, and be cared for, you carry that feeling with you.
This week is not about doing more. It is about giving yourself a clear pause from daily life, with movement, meals, rest, conversation, and quiet moments woven together in a way that feels simple and generous.
When you take the time to restore yourself, you carry that energy into everything you do.
Each day is carefully designed to balance movement, relaxation, nourishment & reflection, creating a flow of energy and calm.
